1. Introduction
Welcome to Drifters Surf Stay Eat (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website drifterssurfstayeat.com (“Website”), and the services we provide including café, surf-shop, accommodation (“Services”). By using our Website or booking/purchasing any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “You”, “User”, “Guest” means any person accessing the Website or using our Services.

  • “Accommodation” means the rooms, apartments or lodging services offered by us.

  • “Surf Shop” means our retail services for surf-gear, accessories, apparel.

  • “Café” means our food & beverage services.

  • “Booking” means any reservation you make for Accommodation, or any Services requiring advance arrangement.

3. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) to use our Website or to make a Booking.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when required (e.g., when making a booking or purchasing items).

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm or interfere with the Website or Services.

4. Accommodation & Booking Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed only when payment (or agreed deposit) is received and you receive a confirmation from us.

  • Cancellation and refund rules will be communicated at the point of booking and may vary depending on season or special offers.

  • Check-in & check-out times will be specified. Late check-out may incur extra charges at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the room/apartment during your stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge you for such damages.

  • Quiet hours may be imposed; you agree to respect other guests and neighbours. We may refuse stay to anyone disturbing the peace.

5. Café & Surf Shop Services

  • All food & beverages are subject to availability. Menu items or prices may change without prior notice.

  • Surf shop items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse to carry out a sale if an item is out of stock, despite being advertised.

  • Returns/refunds for goods: unless otherwise stated, we only accept returns if the item is defective or faulty upon receipt, and must be reported within a specific timeframe.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or typographical errors at any time.

  • Payment methods accepted will be specified at checkout or booking. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct.

  • For accommodation bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the booking; full payment may be required at check-in.

7. Cancellation & No-Show

  • If you cancel your booking within the agreed time (as specified at booking), you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to our cancellation policy.

  • If you fail to arrive (“no-show”) without prior cancellation, you forfeit the deposit/payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

  • While we strive to provide safe and high-quality Services, you accept and acknowledge that there are inherent risks in travel, surfing, food service, accommodation and retail.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or Services.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free use of the Website or availability of Services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.
